Classes are performed relying on an annual programme, advancing in
the rhythm and physical work according to the individual progress. So, you should start practising this modality as soon as possible. You will lost between 500kcal and 700kcal for session, the dream of those that want to loose weight.
Stretching and muscular tonification
All sessions of Body Mix include periods of elongation and stretching. In the annual programme there are specific classes of muscular tonification.
