Body Mix Dynamic (sub-modality of Body Mix Light) is built by a multiplicity of activities of low impact and limited rhythm like, out-of-doors walks, when allowed by the weather, combined with several maintenance exercises of physic condition, maintenance gym games and maintenance gymnastic in gym circuit.

Stretching and muscular tonification
All sessions of Body Mix include periods of elongation and stretching. In the annual programme there are specific classes of muscular tonification.
